Returns Eligibility
You can return products within 12 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Some items, such as personalized or perishable goods, may be non – returnable. Please check the product description for specific details.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team at mailto:sale@eusminds.com to start the return process. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- Get Approval: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Ship Back: Package the item securely and send it back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will arrange an alternative refund method with you.
- Refund Amount: The refund amount will include the product price and any applicable taxes. Original shipping costs are non – refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery). We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if necessary.
